Job Overview:

RCUSA aims to be the leading Commercial Team in Exceptional Spirits. A key pillar of this mission is to accelerate our E-Commerce business to have 20% of our sales on-line. To accelerate, we have set ourselves the goal of having 2x our “fair share” of E-Commerce through D2C, E-Retail & B2B. The 3-tier system means our Distributor Partners’ B2B platforms are likely to be our single biggest source of E-Commerce business. Being excellent at B2B is therefore a must and can give us a competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with Distributor Partners to ensure RCUSA’s presence in Distributor B2B platforms and that RCUSA is front of mind in decision making personnel at Distributors.
  • Ensure RCUSA is represented on our Distributor Partners’ B2B platforms with excellence: get the basics right with perfect pack shots, media rich content, product information.
  • Tell the brand stories on Distributor B2B platforms
  • Ensure SEO of RCUSA products on B2B platforms
  • AB test to identify strategies to build RCUSA sales in a way that also helps our Distributors and Customers.
  • Identify what sells / drives basket performance in B2B communication: e.g. tasting notes Vs brand story Vs cocktail solutions etc.
  • Manage vendor partners to solve customer and business problems. Collaborate to drive for new innovations in products and services that best meet business needs and strategy.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to engage with and attract lead volume, and support customer acquisition, expansion, and retention goals
  • Manage budgets, define KPI’s, analyze and report on digital advertising metrics, and optimize campaigns for improved performance
  • Establish a working relationship with manufactures to stay on-top of any product changes i.e., descriptions, product numbers, imagery.
  • Report to business monthly Vs plan and course correct.

Profile

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading, directing and applying consumer research and insights in an e-commerce context
  • Technically minded with a love of digital
  • Entrepreneurial – wants to try new things – but maintains a critical eye to calmly assess success V failure
  • Growth mindset – learns from experience with humility.
  • Federator: great at working in a matrix environment – influences across the organization
  • Very strong influencing and relationship skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must obtain solicitor’s permit (where required by law)​
  • Must be 21 years of age
