Job description

Based in Central London, the Brand Manager will lead a group of premium brands.

The Brand Manager will develop and deliver brand plans for the UK market, in line with the overall strategic business goals, whilst respecting each brand individual strategy and objectives.


  • You will develop and translate into practice the knowledge about clients, customers, market, competitor universe and media landscape.
  • You will propose and deliver client-centric brand activations, generate ideas and make recommendations for the brand plan.
  • You will manage partner agencies, roll-out brand communication platform with relevant levers (PR, media, liquid to Lips, partnerships, core influencer) to drive share of heart .
  • You will work closely with the Brand Ambassador to engage with the trade and drive brand advocacy.
  • You will develop Customer Marketing strategy, create tools for all strategic channels, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager, support sales team and in line with product/channel mix priorities.
  • You will launch all relevant product changeovers, NPDs and limited editions across all brands, working closely with Central team and local teams
  • You will manage A&P, assess brand performance and ROI vs strategic KPIs (brand health, volume, financial targets).
  • You will report to Central and EMEA team, create and deliver performance evaluation reports and presentations.


You have been previously an experienced Brand Manager (5+ years) ready to step up to lead multiple brands in a dynamic market.

You will bring your knowledge and passion for the spirits industry, understanding of drinks culture, on-trade and (e)-retail landscape in the UK.

You are client-centric, commited, results driven, structured, reliable.

You are energetic, proactive, with a positive problem-solving attitude, a collaboration mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Commercial acumen, able to efficiently implement brand plans being both brand equity and profitability oriented

Perfect spoken and written English, ideally native or bilingual.

Excellent communication skills verbal and written.

Digitally Savvy.
