Business Development Manager SW England and Wales

Job description

You will be in charge of the management of On-Trade channel (in particular: select bars, hotels &
restaurants) for complete portfolio of RCUK brands in South West England & Wales
Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager position includes the management of existing On Trade outlets as
well as winning new business with our portfolio of brands in Cardiff, Bristol, Bath, Southampton,
Bournemouth and surrounding areas.
The role requires the successful planning, implementation & execution of commercial agreements to deliver
volume & revenue as well as brand building activations.
You will be working with over 200 of the most prestigious On Trade customers in the UK, the South West
England & Wales.
The Business Development Manager is also responsible for the direct sales of Louis XIII within this
customer base.
You will build relationships with key channel partners, especially wholesalers, develop a strong network in
the trade (bartenders, buyers, sommeliers & other key influencers) and work collaboratively with peers (e.g.
other Regional BDMs) and other departments (e.g. Marketing / Brand Ambassadors)

Profile

You will bring your comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of brand building with the ability
to balance commercial delivery
You have strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify sales/ brand opportunities
And also a strong commercial understanding of customer P&L’s
You are client centric, results driven, proactive and creative, structured, reliable and inquisitive
IT Skills: MS Powerpoint, Excel, Salesforce/CRM etc
