Job Overview:

The Content Designer will report to the Senior Brand Manager and support in executing annual strategic marketing plans for the brand

Job Responsibilities:


The Content Designer will be responsible for the executing design for programs as outlined in the annual brand marketing and communications plan. Design and e-pro duties may include but aren’t limited to:

  • Key brand initiatives.
  • Sales support materials.
  • Front-of-house materials.
  • Brand website and digital properties, including social media.
  • Market-specific customization materials needs, including packaging.
  • Internal materials and presentation.
  • Image retouching for all photography.


The Content Designer will work with the Senior Brand Manager and Content Coordinator, and agency partners when applicable, to write copy for consumer-facing and internal marketing materials.


The Content Designer will be responsible for managing and executing all digital and print production for the brand. Duties include:

  • Completing mechanical files for all materials approved for print materials.
  • Building, editing, posting, and managing social media communications.
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing third-party vendors for all production.
  • Proofreading for all materials.
  • Managing the coordination between agency partners for approvals and revisions.
  • Conducting press checks for all printed materials.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Independent self-starter.
  • Strong creative skills – ability to uncover & recognize innovative & breakthrough ideas within the market & within consumer lifestyle trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, with ability to manage demands from internal and external partners with clear, concise direction and feedback.
  • Strong design aesthetic – ability to brief, develop & recognize premium creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Alcohol beverage industry experience (Other preferred experience may include tobacco, cosmetic and/or other consumer packaged goods).
