MISSIONS
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of:
- Order intake & invoicing BENELUX
- Manage customer complaints (liaise with 3PL for proof of delivery, discussion about damages, returns…)
- Manage deliveries in relation with the logistics partner
- Manage customer service KPI & dashboards
- Create and manage customer masterdata in SAP
- EDI monitoring: solving EDI issues & support EDI roll-out
- Monitor pricing structure in SAP to comply with group standard
- Drive initiative to automate order intake (eg: investigate sales force, OCR, together with IT and Supply Chain manager)
Profile
- Bac +3 in logistic/international trade
- Bilingual English, Dutch or French
- High levels of autonomy and proactive in nature
- IT: ease with IT (willing to learn MS Office, SAP,BO/BI …)
- Excellent in verbal communication
- Knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, PPT)
- Knowledge of SAP 4/HANA is an advantage
