MISSIONS

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Order intake & invoicing BENELUX
  • Manage customer complaints (liaise with 3PL for proof of delivery, discussion about damages, returns…)
  • Manage deliveries in relation with the logistics partner
  • Manage customer service KPI & dashboards
  • Create and manage customer masterdata in SAP
  • EDI monitoring: solving EDI issues & support EDI roll-out
  • Monitor pricing structure in SAP to comply with group standard
  • Drive initiative to automate order intake (eg: investigate sales force, OCR, together with IT and Supply Chain manager)

Profile

  • Bac +3 in logistic/international trade
  • Bilingual English, Dutch or French
  • High levels of autonomy and proactive in nature
  • IT: ease with IT (willing to learn MS Office, SAP,BO/BI …)
  • Excellent in verbal communication
  • Knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, PPT)
  • Knowledge of SAP 4/HANA is an advantage
