RESPONSABILITIES
Customer Service
- Manage incoming orders and follow up with customer complaints
- Manage incoming orders (EDI, telephone, web sites, sales representatives)
- Manage customer complaints (return orders, delivery issues, pricing error complaints)
- Create and manage customer master data in SAP
- Create product information sheets for customers
- Customer service contact person (single point of contact for NL customer and NL sales representative)
- Send picking and delivery instructions to the 3PI
- Manage deliveries in relation with the logistics partner
- Ensure correct invoicing: manage on and off invoice pricing records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Sales
You will support Key Account Manager with:
- Promotional plan follow up.
- Confirmation of activation plan to customers
- Information’s to Sales team (following Kam’s guideline)
- Contacts with customer’s Buying support
Profile
- Bachelor degree (Bac +3) in logistics/international trade
- Bilingual Dutch / English
- High levels of autonomy and proactive in nature
- IT: ease with IT (willing to learn MS Office, SAP,BO/BI …)
- Excellent in verbal communication
- Knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, PPT)
- Knowledge of SAP 4/HANA is an advantage
