RESPONSABILITIES

Customer Service

  • Manage incoming orders and follow up with customer complaints
  • Manage incoming orders (EDI, telephone, web sites, sales representatives)
  • Manage customer complaints (return orders, delivery issues, pricing error complaints)
  • Create and manage customer master data in SAP
  • Create product information sheets for customers
  • Customer service contact person (single point of contact for NL customer and NL sales representative)
  • Send picking and delivery instructions to the 3PI
  • Manage deliveries in relation with the logistics partner
  • Ensure correct invoicing: manage on and off invoice pricing records
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Sales

You will support Key Account Manager with:

  • Promotional plan follow up.
  • Confirmation of activation plan to customers
  • Information’s to Sales team (following Kam’s guideline)
  • Contacts with customer’s Buying support

Profile

  • Bachelor degree (Bac +3) in logistics/international trade
  • Bilingual Dutch / English
  • High levels of autonomy and proactive in nature
  • IT: ease with IT (willing to learn MS Office, SAP,BO/BI …)
  • Excellent in verbal communication
  • Knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, PPT)
  • Knowledge of SAP 4/HANA is an advantage
