Job Overview

Working closely with the HR team, the diversity, equity and inclusion manager is responsible for recognizing, creating and implementing plans to promote diversity within Remy Cointreau Americas. A significant part of the role is promoting and developing training programs and initiatives to enhance employee understanding on inclusion opportunities while supporting our culture and drive employee engagement

The incumbent will ensure that diversity and engagement agendas are successfully implemented and in line with businesses objectives. Understanding external trends and having the ability to transfer these to the Company to improve our brand and diversity the workforce is key.

In addition, this role will facilitate the immigration process locally for all incoming or outgoing employees with the assistance of Company’s immigration attorneys. Your duties generally include maintaining immigration records, improving record management process, and helping employees manage their documents and go through the proper channels to maintain their visa.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acts as a creative and strategic thinker, capable of consulting with leaders to develop and implement change strategies.
  • Manage strategic DE&I projects and programs, including ideation and initiation, creation and documentation of processes, program roll out and communication, and reporting on program effectiveness and results.
  • Manage regular communications calendar cadence for DE&I updates on strategy, events, programs, and days/months of observance, across all channels within the internal organization, i.e. weekly email communications, monthly leadership meeting slides, distribution site slide shows and tiered daily management updates.
  • Manages administration of DE&I calendar, meetings, governance, and offer administrative support for leaders and allies.
  • Monitor the DE&I Feedback mailbox and respond to email inquiries from employees where appropriate and organize feedback to share with stakeholders for action.
  • Assists with the planning, scheduling and coordination of DE&I meetings including the design and development of meeting decks and other communications/tools.
  • Ability to make an immediate impact as a strategic counselor of the team.
  • Develops and drives the roll-out of Remy Cointreau Americas’ DE&I and Engagement Survey programs and supports local implementation strategies.
  • Oversees roll-out of global employee survey ensuring sufficient communication to managers and employees and accessibility/ availability of reporting.
  • Manages internal communication initiatives including the Intranet related to DE&I and Engagement Survey.
  • Serve as the primary contact for DE&I data reporting and as the internal DE&I data knowledge and insights subject matter expert.
  • In partnership with external and internal experts/stakeholders, leverage data to evaluate DE&I performance to strategic objective metrics and translate data analysis into recommendations for solutions to drive continual improvement.
  • Develop and manage holistic tracking methods to effectively measure programs’ progress, report progress and ensure goals are achieved.
  • Partners with other Communications teams (Corporate and regional) to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Act as main point of contact for visa administration for external legal counsel
  • Coordinate the RCA immigration requirements for all employees who require work authorization support.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate Immigration tracker; proactively flagging employees who may require renewal.

Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years HR experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 yrs DEI experience
  • Excellent communicators and active listeners.
  • Demonstrates Organizational agility.
  • Familiar with employment regulations and human resources standards of practice.
  • Organized and dedicated to researching and implementing inclusive programs.
  • Skilled in conflict mediation.
  • Experience developing strategy and facilitating workshops
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Familiar with institutional psychology.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills a must
  • Microsoft Outlook or similar email system knowledge
  • Knowledge of HRIS system(s)
