Job Overview:

The Director Collectif 1806 is responsible for building our presence and brand awareness in the most influential mixology accounts of the USA. The role will provide input of the development of the digital strategy in line with the vision & objectives of the program, and manage all digital aspects of Collectif 1806 such as activation of content, managing website, and support the reporting tool.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive targeted distribution, menu listings and bar tender advocacy of the RCUSA portfolio
  • Coordinating the efficient of a team of 6 Brand Advocate dedicated to keep our brand top of minds amongst the most influential mixologists in the key cities of the USA.
  • Ensuring the proper execution of the overall digital strategy by coordinating and developing the necessary content to become the #1 source of inspiration for mixologists
  • Coordinating & follow up the execution of all the Collectif 1806 events or trade-event
  • Assisting and provide input in the analysis and presentation of C1806’s results
  • Works with VP On Premise to identify the right doors, resources required and execute strategy.
  • Manage digital content of Collectif 1806 on all platforms.
  • Supervise bartender database on BDP and website, and the development of Collectif 1806 platform and premium access.
  • Report, analyze and provide a clear digital result for all KPIs (distribution, website, social network) and recommend constant improvement on digital tools.

Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or selling luxury spirits.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must obtain solicitor’s permit (where required by state law)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrates excellent English public speaking, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Prior experience with and/or intimate knowledge of the Collectif 1806 program.
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring and motivating a small, dedicated team
  • Excellent execution and time management skills with a strong attention to detail in taking initiative, prioritizing, organizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Social media savvy with experience utilizing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to win influence.
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to plan and execute a digital strategy. Ability to obtain a valid solicitor permit where states require
