IT Service Management Coordinator

Job description

Member of the IT Department, you are accountable for Service Management through EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • As the IT Service Management Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for service management through EMEA region,
  • You provide dedicated support to our employees concerning IT incidents,
  • You are also in charge of the expertise, training and technical support for software and roll-outs,
  • You ensure rigor to follow IT security open items,
  • You are responsible of the forum coordination and animation to ensure optimum usage of digital assets,
  • You ensure continuous improvement of Service Desk documentation, processes, methodologies and KPIs,
  • Your scope includes Telephony, Devices, Cloud, Software Deployment, Roles and Accesses (Active Directory and Office 365), Offices infrastructure, Digital Solutions, Licenses management
  • In projects, you contribute and lead activities in relation with your duties
  • A part of your role is to manage EMEA regions IT Service Desk providers and associated contracts.

Profile

  • You have a minimum of three years of IT support experience in Service Desk,
  • You have strong organisational and interpersonal skills,
  • You are Client/Business and results oriented,
  • You have ability to work with autonomy, rigor and capacity to develop and self-develop IT skills within the team,
  • Ideally you have an understanding of ITIL principles,
  • Fluent English
