Job description

As Louis XIII Director, you drive the Louis XIII business and team in the UKI through the conception of the strategy and its implementation. You are ultimately responsible for the Louis XIII P&L

Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: in line with the global guidelines, as Louis XIII director UKI, you define the strategy of Louis XIII in the UK and Ireland and the means to execute through of the Mid Term Plan, the Budget and the A&P investment allocation. You have to organize your team according to the business priorities and build a yearly plan to support the business from a commercial, marketing, PR point of view. You have a good knowledge of the competition at large, luxury universe and HNWI landscape,
  • You are as Louis XIII director, the key contact of the Maison. You contribute to the global strategy and projects when needed. They should be applied and adapted if needed to the UKI context to support the brand and business development,
  • You drive the key projects enabling the brand development: Rare SKU allocation management, merchandising, Events, CRM & private clienteling with special focus on HNWI infiltration strategy: segmentation, geo targeting, approach, data acquisition and development,
  • You animate your direct team but also indirectly the Field Sales Team, the Prestige retail team, the E-Com team and the Globa Travel Retail team. Each channel should have specific plans, tools and monitoring,
  • You should have a specific focus on the development of DtoC namely Harrods own boutique and Louis XIII E-boutique,
  • You should identify the right partners to develop the brand equity and business: PR & media agency, luxury brands, Fostering agents / business provider,
  • As Louis XIII director, you are the spokesperson of Louis XIII in UK and Ireland and as such organize / lead events and is key contact for media,
  • Louis XIII development will represent 95% of the Louis XIII director focus: however it is expected that the LXIII team leverage their HNWI and trade contacts to generate sales for Telmont Champagne and Maison Psyché perfumes,
  • The Louis XIII director is a key member of the RC UK Management team and is expected to contribute above and beyond his Louis XIII perimeter.

Profile

  • You have a minimum of ten years of experience in similar roles, a high sensitivity to the luxury brands and a strong understanding and handling of HNWI,
  • Ideally you have a good understanding of the spirits industry, the drinks culture, on-trade and retail landscape in the UK,
  • You have have leadership drive and attitude, you are client centric and result driven,
  • You are strategic, analytic, data oriented,
  • You have robust commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit within a corporate organisation,
  • You have shown a team & conquering spirit,
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills verbal and written are mandatory.
