Based in Warsaw, the Marketing Manager will be the marketing interface between the Rémy Cointreau Houses and Third Party Distributors in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia. In this area she/he will develop and implement both long and short-term brands strategies and tactics in the cluster, as agreed with the Rémy Cointreau Brands guidelines and management principles, as well as contribute in annual brands plan realization to achieve the Budget targets.
Brand Vision and Strategic Planning
You will be in charge of the development and the implementation of annual and 5- year plan for RC portfolio / creating a brand vision across each key market driving growth and achievement of our strategic objectives,
You will lead strategic planning process and implement these plans,
You will have to adapt global marketing strategies to the dark markets environment,
You will manage all marketing related client- relationships and communication to appointed partners in the Eastern Europe Cluster,
You will evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as required,
You will ensure the understanding trends allowing for new product launches and understanding potential brand risks.
You will ensure that brand plans are translated into ATL and BTL activities and are in line with the respective guidelines and agreed with brand teams,
Also you will ensure that deadlines, quality criteria in relationships with key partners/vendors and in the business processes are met,
You will create strong, open and constructive collaboration with the Commercial Team, to come to a full alignment in brand, market and business approach and to generate maximum growth scenarios,
You will ensure a robust A&P M&E process is developed and embedded into the teams’ WOWs.
Efficient internal and external communication
You will ensure that results, successes and failures vs targets and plans are analyzed and shared internally and externally with brand teams,
You will be in charge of market visits within the Eastern Europe Cluster to understand our brand priorities.
