Job description
Among our EMEA Global Travel Retail Team, you will have a specific focus on the Middle East and will have to:
Ensure consistency in all Rémy Cointreau brand image and visibility presented in stores – wallbays / gondolas / endcaps / generic shelf / SIS (shop in shop) / BTQ (Boutique),
Ensure all brand permanent fixtures’ planograms, VM, POS communications, shelf cleanliness, pricing cards, promotions executions and also that stock replenishment ( with NO OOS (No Outs of Stocks)) are in good order at all times in stores,
Ensure all Rémy Cointreau brands on generic shelves planogram, pricings and any stock gaps for replenishment are in good order at all times in stores,
Ensure all activations (High Profile Promotion), in store, event activations – execution perfection in collaboration with Trade Marketing,
Identify potential in store opportunity to increase sales revenue, market share, visibility/share of space ( encap / gondola ),
Negotiate, manage and supervise all appointed agency teams with clear scope of work and KPIs to achieve monthly in the agreement,
Provide good store intelligence on key competitors in store activities, price changes, HPP events, VM concepts, new launches to be shared with Area Manager via store reports monthly in each cluster / region,
You will ensure regular communications with all the dedicated staff (Service Asssociates / Service Associate Vendor Funded ) via agency team lead to ensure clarity, transparency in all implementation / execution of all store retail operations and protocols,
You will supervise and engage all service associates and team leads regularly to ensure alignment of objectives through team bonding activities,
You will close review of SAs (Service Associates) to address extra training needs with education manager in product knowledge and/or client conversation / service skills with agency team,
You will provide basic refresher product training and sales coaching for all SAs online and in person with the support of agency team leads,
You will ensure daily depletions tracking by SA by location / door with agency team leads consistently via GEM (Travel Retail IT tool),
You will ensure strong rapport and relationship with all retailer store managers and supervisors in the respective clusters,
You will develop a strong pool of SA talents with potential to elevate and grow in their role to become category specialists e.g. Cognac Specialists,
You will provide analysis report of SA depletions vs total location depletions and SA ROI productivity indicators and next step action plans monthly,
You will manage and take responsibility in region SA/SAVF Head Counts and Cost aligned during budget
Profile
You have a university degree related to product knowledge / sales,
You will bring 3 to 4 years experience acquired in the retail sector, ideally in Travel Retail,
You have an eye for details with good knowledge in VM, planogram and store operations
You have shown how to motivate and coach the Service Associates team lead and Service Associates
You have strong command and control with good interpersonal communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
