Job Overview

Rémy Martin is looking for a professional in PR and Communications who will drive brand desirability and foster a deep sense of connection with our core target clients and communities. This position will also work to ensure employees of Remy Cointreau Americas are kept informed and motivated.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with PR agency and re-align the functions of PR agency
  • Manage day-to-day PR agency needs for assets, product samples, etc.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate public relations programs
  • Arrange and budget for PR events, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Create or review content in media announcements and media kits
  • Help in creating and reviewing a variety of internal and external communication materials
  • Supervise brand image frequently and ensure it complies with brand guidelines
  • Create content for various speeches, events, internal communications, etc.
  • Strengthen brand PR and influencer relationships
  • Manage community partnerships and engagement
  • go-to person is in charge of all internal communication matters, or those that affect employees.
  • Create communication strategy for key messages
  • Ideate and draft key internal communications impacting RCA as a whole
  • advise executives and managers of the role they play in effective internal communications.
  • creating content for newsletters, internal websites and e-mail communications.
  • Support employer branding opportunities through various sites (i.e.; ADP, Glassdoor, LinkedIn).
  • may write scripts for senior executives when they present information to employees.

Profile

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Communications or Marketing preferred
  • At least 2-3 years in a recognized PR agency or brand acting as a PR Manager/Account Manager
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across cross functional stakeholders
  • Committed to delivering on time in full
  • Excellent “people skills,” including active listening; team player
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong awareness of media landscape and pulse on culture

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in CPG or alcohol industry Preferred
