Retail Experience Manager - LOUIS XIII

Job description

Retail partners development and management 

1.       Drive retail partner programs, to recruit luxury prospects from shopping malls, luxury brands and FAs (eg Hermes, Gucci, XXX Association etc)

2.       Analyze partners and prospects data profile, organize and customize exceptional LOUIS XIII experiences to create desirability;

3.       Present the ultimate luxury positioning of LOUIS XIII, leverage retail partners channel and social media resources to increase brand WOM in luxury retail;

4.       Consolidate and sharing luxury retail best practices, competitors retail activities, market experience innovations.

 

LOUIS XIII Boutiques Experience development and management  

1.       Drive the boutique national retail experience calendar, create retail buzz through full year in-depth client engagement;

2.       Execute the client experience activities together with Tasting Office(rs), effectively increase the conversion rate from prospects to new client, and the retention rate of loyalty programs.

3.       Deep dive to client profile data together with boutique managers, customized client experience for THE CHOSE ONE strategy, evaluate and increase the performance of CRM activities;

4.       Manage boutique experience budget, work closely with Marketing and CRM team, evaluate the ROI;

5.       Integrate the BA resources, e.g. FA, fortress and Gourmets, with Salon experience and boutique client experience;

6.       Smartly collect / handle client’s inquiries / questions, support Boutique Operation Manager and Boutique Manager to solve it, and report appropriately. (ensuring alignment with Conciergerie)

Retail Experience Training  

1.       Drive the national retail experience training, support the boutique tasting experience training;

2.       Drive the monthly refresh training of product knowledge, brand story, competitors and wine industries;

3.       Organize luxury retail training for boutiques, particularly for French Art of Life; help boutique frontline staff build up deep understanding about  our clients’ life style;

4.       Support Boutique Managers to develop talents of Cognac Retail Experts

5.       Build monthly training report;

Retail Ritual and Style Management

1.       Supervise the LOUIS XIII retail ritual execution, staff style presentation, organize role play if needed to meet brand luxury positioning;

2.       Support Boutique Manager to organize team building activities;

3.      Comply with boutique regulations.

 

Profile

  • Over 5 years of successful luxury brand experience
  • Good commend of digital and social media knowledge, more than 3 years’ experience in this function
  • Event execution and management experience is preferred
  • Wine, Michelin Restaurant or Spirits industry experience
  • Open-minded and passionate for luxury and retail
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills, team-player, proactive, under pressure, dedication
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong motivation to achieve a big success and work under tight deadlines
