Job description

As the Sales Coordinator for our West Region, you will provide administrative and project support to our VP Business Unit Director (VP, BUD), and our Commercial Sales Force. The ideal candidate for this role will have a high level of organization and communication skills, is self-motivated, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to transition into a customer facing sales role or other function.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains the VP, BUDs calendar including planning/scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel as needed.
• Support the execution of the invoice process & payment process with collaboration of the Finance team
o Assist the sales team in managing the distributors’ Accounts Receivables.
• Manage assigned ad hoc projects provided by the sales team in collaboration with other internal members RCUSA.
• Accompany the VP BUD to sales related meetings with responsibility for preparation and recap as needed.
• Be a point of contact for the field sales organization and provide support as needed.
• Manage and support day to day office functions, greet guests and customers, and monitor any incoming calls/inquiries.
• Own/assist in the planning of special meetings (hotels, meals, conference room set up, etc).
• Collect and analyze sales information.
• Be a go to member of the sales team for any miscellaneous administrative needs.
• Support sales teams with trackers and special projects.


• 1-3 years working in a sales support role.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to keep strict confidence
