(Senior) Brand Manager

Job description

  1. Take lead on brand event and innovate full-channel activation format Plan, execute, and deliver brand events that align with LOUIS XIII’s luxury positioning, elevate brand desirability among target audiences, and cultivate an exclusive brand community culture. Innovate and evolve activation formats with objectives to enhance the experience for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), address the demand from younger audiences (e.g., affluent millennials) for creative and engaging interactions, and expand LOUIS XIII’s event format across diverse drinking scenarios. Ensure event components are commercially integrated to support sales conversion. Collaborate with internal functions such as PCD (private client director), CRM, fortress, on/off-trade, etc., to innovate all channel activations. Develop exclusive brand experiences or “money can’t buy” moments that create deep emotional connections with clients, elevate their brand desirability, and drive customer engagement and sales conversion.
  2. Support in product launch and take initiate special projects with business partners Support the Marketing Manager in developing the annual new product launch calendar and a comprehensive 360°support plan, including offline launch events and thematic activations through cross-functional collaboration to integrate resources. Take initiate special projects to collaborate with brand business partners (EX. trade partner / fortresses partners / etc.) according to Brand Strategy/Guidelines to reflect LOUIS XIII’s identity, amplifying social buzz and word-of-mouth (WOM) impact.
  3. Support in marketing campaigns Support the Marketing Manager in planning marketing campaigns to strengthen LOUIS XIII’S reputation in the Luxury industry, leveraging enviable relationships with UHNWI and luxury influencers, as well as insights into the HNWI universe.
  4. Maximize ROI through efficient resource monitor and operational excellence Monitor marketing budget effectively by projects and negotiate supplier rates, ensuring all investments are within budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  5. Market intelligence & client insights Continuously monitor the luxury market and emerging trends, gain deep insights into target and aspirational consumers, and stay ahead of development in spirits and luxury industry developments to form strategic viewpoints that inform and shape marketing strategy.

 

Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or higher

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience. Retail marketing experience a plus.
  • Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience.
  • Excellent influencing skills, ability to impart knowledge and inspire others.
  • Strong data sense and good analytical skill.
  • In-house brand experience is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury industry is a plus.
