The Brand Ambassador, Craft position will be responsible for leading specific segmented brands in the on-premise account universe from a brand marketing and sales perspective through management, development and coordination of the local account list; and creation of best in class activation, sales, and programming. This position also will support various responsibilities of point of sale, tracking, sales data, recapping, budget management, and social media.

Brands: Remy Martin, Cointreau, Botanist, Mt. Gay, Westland, Bruichladdich and All Other Brands in Portfolio outside of Louis XIII

Job Responsibilities:

Activation Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target 50-75 key on-premise accounts within the local market that strategically fit with target brands (Some activations could be at retail)
  • Create relationships with key stakeholders and local trade within account universe
  • Drive menu placements and features year-round on all brands within portfolio that cater to local market trends and specific accounts
  • Act as in market liaison between RC brands and trade to generate local influence
  • In market expert identifying opportunities and expanding the presence of the RC portfolio
  • Identify, produce, and execute with brand POS that fit within the segmented account universe to best represent the portfolio
  • Execute KPI’s with target brands in specific accounts that locally identify with each brand
  • Increase brand visibility based on account level needs
  • Leverage brand programs in local market and tweaking when needed to best represent the brands within the account universe specifically
  • Drive recruitment for localized experiential programs for each brand within market
  • Create opportunities locally to best represent the RC portfolio

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local distributor and RC sales teams to drive sales, in-market account planning, KPI delivery and activation
  • Drive sales with category-specific trade and consumer programming
  • Assist in distribution by leveraging account relationships and activation programming

Administrative

  • Analyze and maintain local sales data to identify opportunities for specific accounts and brands in/outside of account universe
  • Budget management
  • Weekly pre-plans
  • Monthly recaps that identify success in market
  • Quarterly business review recaps to showcase local market activation
  • Expense management

Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience selling and/or activating in on-premise segment
  • Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of sales
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must obtain solicitor’s permit (where required by law)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing within retail and/or 3-Tier distribution environment in the US
