On Trade Sales Representative

Great news for you! We are looking for an On Trade Sales Representative for the Rotterdam Area to dive into the wonderful world of the hospitality business!

Responsibilities

  • You will visit 6-8 On Trades outlets (bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.) on a daily base,
  • You will implement promotional plans, volume, distribution, visibility, price and promotion targets at On Trade outlets by managing the relationship outlets,
  • You will achieve Quality – Distribution – Visibility – Persuasion – Price – Promotion objectives at outlet level by taking direct responsibility for customer relationships and leveraging contacts. Ensure excellent execution of all programs,
  • You will be accountable for supporting the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for the On Trade,
  • You will record and use CRM data to achieve higher sales efficacy,
  • You will ensure effective Sales A&P spend and departmental costs (T&E) and compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel. Also you will strictly adheres to procedures with regards to ordering, delivering, sampling and merchandising,
  • You will watch competitor activity and relay to marketing and sales direction.

Profile

  • You have 2 years or more in customer facing functions ideally gained in Horeca,
  • You have a client & business-oriented mindset,
  • You have shown excellent interpersonal communication and persuasion skills,
  • You will bring your passion for spirits and hospitality.
  • Bilingual Dutch / English
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Category B driving license
